Lok Sabha election 2019: Shiv Sena to contest both seats in Goa
Panaji: The Shiv Sena has prepared to bolster the party for
that general elections the coming year and can contest the 2 Lok Sabha
seats in Goa in alliance with the Goa Suraksha Manch (GSM), a senior
leader stated on Monday.
The Sena had earlier also aligned using the GSM, brought by former RSS leader Subhash Velingkar, for that Goa Set up polls this past year but unsuccessful to win just one seat.
Shiv Sena chief Uddhav Thackeray has provided his nod for that party's alliance using the GSM for polls towards the two Lok Sabha seats within the condition, Sena spokesman Sanjay Raut stated.
"The Shiv Sena has made the decision to contest both Lok Sabha seats in Goa in alliance using the GSM. Your application for the similar continues to be provided by the Sena chief," Raut stated in Panaji in a press conference.
